Just before you make an appointment, we aim to indicate 1 day in advance whether it is no longer convenient for you to keep your appointment.

You will be welcomed with a delicious hot/cold drink.

we allow a maximum of one hour between appointments. if an appointment runs over, you will hear from us in advance.
